Merry Christmas..or I should say happy holidays to be more politically correct!!! I just hope everyone had a great day.
Our day was fairly uneventful and just me and my little family. It was nice and I even got an hours nap which was nice. We got spoiled…each one of us and had good food…thanks to moi!
There will be no cooking for lunch at least today..since we have leftovers which makes for a great day in my book!!
I am getting pretty use to these little Christmas’ and that is a nice feeling. I am so use to being surrounded by family but its also nice not to have to travel and pack. Which I will do later this week anyways!
The only thing that went on is how my sil just keeps at her antics of making sure I feel like shit about my life and my kids. She had the audicity to tell me #1 that we didn’t deserve to have a dog cuz we don’t take care of them…wtf does she know anyways. Just because we don’t take our dogs everywhere with us they are neglected…puzzling to say the least….#2 that she isn’t looking forward to our weekend cuz Beau (my youngest child who is 4) is so unpleasant to be around. According to her he has major behavior problems…he doesn’t talk to anyone that he doesn’t know well and just plain don’t take crap from anyone. He may be a lot smarter than we give him credit for. He can smell a fake idiot from a mile away I guess. He doesnt really like his aunt and besides the fact when he isn’t at home he just plain doesn’t talk a lot to anyone. It’s easy to take this type of kid out in public. She is pretty self righteous and I could tell you stories all day long that would make you hair stand on end. So now I am so looking forward to next weekend…with my inlaws. We will not be spending Christmas with my inlaws unless they come to us. We couldn’t do xmas with my family cuz hubby couldnt spend 2 weekends away so we decided for next since we can see everyone and of course it worked best for them.
All in all a great Christmas and I hope everyone has a joyous New Year!!!
